Oregon Rule Co. is a sole-proprietorship manufacturing company in business since 1983. The company was originally started by providing special adhesive backed rules to equipment manufacturers. Since then, various rule styles have been added so that over 200 different selections are now available from stock. While most are sold through distributors, many special purpose rules are sold directly to the end users such as Alcoa, AT&T, DuPont, Ford Motor Co., General Mills, Eastman Kodak, etc.
 

In the first part of 1991, we expanded our operations to target items for the consumer marketplace. This included blister-pack packaging certain selections of our adhesive-backed rules as well as creating the Holographic and Fluorescent pocket Handy Rule sets.
